Bike-Crossing Black Forest
It leads you right across the black forest, from Pforzheim in the North to Bad Säckingen on the Swiss border, and has a length of 450 kilometres (279 miles).
The Bike Crossing trail is part of the Black Forest network of mountain bike trails that cover a total of over 7000 km (4340 miles). On the Bike Crossing trail, you will have to master a total altitude difference of more than 16,000 metres (17504 yards).
The tour can be divided into any number of day trips. A fit mountain biker can manage the entire tour in seven to eight days.
